HOW MUCH DOES POWER WASHING COST?

Every property is unique, and so is every quote we provide. Rather than flat hourly rates or vague estimates, we price each job based on:

Property Size and Type – The square footage of the area to be cleaned is the primary factor in determining price. A townhouse in Fairfax will naturally cost less to clean than a sprawling estate in Prince William County.
Service Selection – Different cleaning needs require different approaches. Soft washing your home's siding requires different equipment and solutions than pressure washing your concrete driveway. We'll explain the right service for each surface and price accordingly.
Level of Buildup – While we don't charge "by the dirt," extremely neglected surfaces may require additional time and treatment to restore.
